Parking on premises, passes needed and do cost money unfortunately $40, that covers the entirety of your stay. WiFi available and cable TV provided by HOA. Full size kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, cookware and coffee maker. Towels, sheets and quilts provided. Washer and dryer located in the unit. Will not provide more than 2 rolls of toilet paper or more than 1-2 rolls of paper towels no matter the length of your stay. We provide enough dish detergent for 1-2 loads of dishes and enough laundry detergent for 1-2 loads of laundry.
