Additional Rate Information All property rentals have a monthly 1.5% rental taxes that will be added to the monthly total cost. Landlord will pay all utilities (i.e., water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, internet/WIFI, community homeowner association, pool service (not heated), yard maintenance, and pest control. Tenant agrees to pay, within 5 days of notification from Landlord, any excessive overage of greater than $250 in electricity, $45 in gas, and $100 in water/sewer/trash of monthly billing.
