We the owners, have recently relocated to the area. For the comfort of our guests, we work closely with our friendly and accommodating management team at Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations.

2020 has been a monumental year for our condo and Bluewater Resorts. Inside the unit we remodeled the bathroom and kitchen with tile, granite, a new tub, and new fixtures. We also added new queen and twin sleepers w/upgraded mattresses, and a new dinette table.

Over 3 million dollars have been spent on a total building renovation both inside and out.

For our returning guests, we hope you find our 'Haven by the Sea' more comfortable and am looking forward to the reviews and opinions from our new guests.

We continue to serve our winter guests, by providing lots of storage for your comfort and convenience.

Don't be left out in the cold! Come join the rest of the flock at the Bluewater Resort and Villas in Myrtle Beach. This stunning one bedroom is one of the largest condos in the resort. It was remodeled in Spring 2014 with new tile, new furnishings, fresh paint, and new heating/ac units. This beautiful end unit is located on the 12th floor of the ocean front building where you can enjoy the sea breeze while watching the breath-taking ocean sunrise.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 5, with a king size bed in the private bedroom, plus queen and twin sleeper sofas in the living area. Two wide screen TVs with cable, a DVD player, and a DVD library are added for your enjoyment.

You will find all the comforts of home in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and microwave. Appliances such as a mixer, Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster, make your dining-in easier and more convenient. New laundry facilities are located on the main level next to the indoor pool and sauna area as you step off the elevator. If this one is in use, a few steps down the hall with take you to another facility.

Close proximity to favorite stores make this condo desirable. Entertainment and restaurants are within walking distance.

We are fortunate to have Mako's Restaurant/Bar located on the mail level.

The elevator stops at the indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi.

All linens, including beach towels, are provided. This is a non-smoking, no pets condo. Minimum 3 nights stay. Long term rentals welcome.
