WALK TO ATTRACTIONS: Condo is located a short stroll from the Gulf State Pier for fishing, and for great shellling, stroll miles of beaches of the Gulf State Park just beyond it.
There are rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach The complex also has BEACHFRONT BAR-B-QUE GRILLS, so you could enjoy dinner at sunset. All of this is on the pristine, sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the most beautiful beaches in the Country. The Colonnades Condominium complex has year round security and covered parking. Also, bring your bikes or rent some, just across the street from Gulf State Pier is the Hugh Branyon 15-mile biking/walking trail that winds through the state park! And, if you're hungry, either walk to the sidedwalk, or the surf to Gulf Shores ONLY true Beachfront Restaurant, Sea N Suds, to eat FRESH GULF SEAFOOD, or walk a little farther to other dining attracations.
As you enter the property, you find two guest bedrooms - one on either side of the entrance hallway. To the right, Guest Bedroom #1 features KING SIZE Bed + mounted HDTV, and private access to the guest/hall bathroom. Across the hall is Guest Bedroom #2 features a Bunk-Bed + twin bed, and bathroom with HDTV and a private bathroom. Both guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Next, in the hallway you will find the laundry room, and access to the hall bathroom shared with the first guest bedroom.

The hallway opens up to a spacious open-floor plan, where you'll immediately notice the BEACH & GULF WAVES through FLOOR-TO-CEILING GLASS WINDOWS, and to the left is a very nice Mini-Bar, and to the right is the kitchen - fully updated, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, a large sink and seperate water spicket for filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation.
The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living space is furnished with a couch, which is a sleeper sofa, and two love seats, one having a twin pull out sleeper. The living room has access to the private BEACH FRONT balcony as well as the master suite.
The Master suite is furnished with a King bed, mounted HDTV, gas fireplace, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with stand up shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.
