The 5 championship courses and 3 executive courses within Sun City are some of the most reasonably priced left in the Phoenix area, with wide-open fairways and forgiving play that I love. Many courses of all skill level and prestige in the area.

Area attractions include: State Farm Stadium (Arizona Cardinals) is only 13 minutes away! Westgate Entertainment District and the Desert Diamond Arena is 12 minutes. Phoenix Zoo, MLB spring training, NASCAR, PGA & LPGA events, Barrett-Jackson car auction, the list goes on. Just minutes to great shopping and formal or casual dining.

Tenants 55+ may use Recreation Centers of Sun City (RCSC) facilities provided they meet the qualifications for a Privilege Card. Tenants must purchase an RCSC Privilege Card for a fee in order to use RCSC facilities. Privilege Cards can be obtained at Cardholder Services in the Lakeview Recreation Center at 10626 W Thunderbird Blvd, Sun City AZ 85351. RCSC offers short term Privilege Cards in 30, 60, and 90 day terms at a cost of $75 per month. An adult must accompany any guests under age 19 at all times while on RCSC property.
Guests may accompany RCSC Cardholders to RCSC recreational facilities as well as Chartered Clubs. A Host Punch Card or Guest Pass is required for guest entry to all RCSC facilities except bowling and golf. A Host Punch Card is punched once for each person, regardless of age, for each day. All guests, including immediate family, must initially be signed in by an RCSC Cardholder. Refer to www.suncityaz.org/rcsc for more information on rules and fees.
