Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. This project is expected to be completed by March 1, 2024, though it could last longer. Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
